Monique Davis, age 39, has been charged with collecting $10,450 in unemployment benefits while continuing to work. She is scheduled to be arraigned June 19 in Boston Municipal Court on one count each of unemployment fraud and larceny over $250.

Davis has been employed by Boston Plans for Excellence in Public Schools as a teacher residency recruiter from June 2005 to present.
