Apr 11, 2007 - Greg Frazier, 45, who coaches girls softball at Southwood High School, was arrested and charged with four counts of molestation of a juvenile. KTBS says Frazier was arrested today "on charges that, for years, he had sexual relations with underage students at the southwest Shreveport school."
The case is still under investigation. Again, KTBS reports that the investigation began when a parent complained, alleging improper conduct by the longtime coach. The Sheriff's Department was already investigating allegations of improper conduct with student athletes.
All of the girls are under age 16. Behavior ranging from touching and kissing to sexual intercourse occurred on school buses, parking lots, hotel rooms and Frazier's apartment, Prator said. Frazier is the father of two teenage daughters.
Frazier is the second Southwood High School teacher arrested this year. Chris Barbee, 34, is accused of having sex with two driver’s ed students and an inappropriate relationship with 14-year-old student starting in November 2005. TT - link.

UPDATE May 10 - Frazier pleaded not guilty. Arguments and hearings in his case have been scheduled for June 18.
Frazier was arrested in April while out on bond on four previous molestation charges. In those cases, Frazier is accused of kissing and touching at least four underage female students since 1991.
UPDATE June 20 - Frazier was fired. He's been on paid administrative leave since April.
Caddo School Superintendent Ollie Tyler filed charges against Frazier which prompted a tenure hearing. Any teacher with three or more years experience within the school system must have a tenure hearing before they can be fired.
Through his attorney Craig Smith, Frazier pleaded his case for more than seven hours. Nearly a dozen witnesses testified in the case.
