Jan 30 top story - Traci Tapp, 28, of Atco enterd a guilty plea Jan 30 to a charge of offensive touching. Tapp, a gym teacher and coach at Hammonton High School, had originally been charged with official misconduct and sexual assault involving alleged incidents with three male students at the school. She avoided jail time.
Under her plea agreement "she will never be able to teach in a public school again."Jason Eickmeyer, 18, isn't pleased that the plea deal his former gym teacher struck with prosecutors won't send her to prison. Eickmeyer told NBC 10. He was one of three male students involved with Tapp.
"If it was the other way around, if it was a male on a female student, I think he would definitely be punished more severely, he would definitely be in prison," Eickmeyer said.
