Dec 21, 2006 - The School Board accepted the resignation of Joseph Truax, the high school physical education teacher arrested for lewd exposure a week ago.
Truax, 36, was charged with public lewdness, after allegedly exposing himself in public view while operating a vehicle on the SUNY Cortland campus.
